NOTICE OF SALE BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC vs. Amber Kaylee Moreno; Travis Lee Whitted; Thomas Dalton Donn; Megan Denise Donn; C/A No. 2021CP2400150, the following property will be sold on December 6, 2021, at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood County Courthouse to the highest bidder: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenwood, State of South Carolina, containing 1.12 acres, more or less, shown and designated as an unnumbered lot on a plat of White Sands Subdivision made by J. Hearst Coleman & Co., RLS, dated March 20, 1973 and revised October 25, 1978 and recorded in Plat Book 31 at Page 48 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Greenwood. County. According to said plat the within described unnumbered lot is bounded as follows: On the West by U.S. Highway 25 North for a distance of 195.0 feet, more or less; on the North by Lot No. 27 of White Sands Subdivision for a distance of 226.72 feet, more or less; on the East by Lot No. 26 of said subdivision for a distance of 195.00 feet, more or less; and, on the South by the Pump House Lot for a distance of 226.72 feet, more or less. Reference is craved to the aforesaid Plat for a more complete description of metes, bounds, courses and distances, and said plat is incorporated herein and made a part and parcel hereof.
