Ninety Six’s season came to an end after a 49-7 loss to Southside Christian in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs Friday night.

Southside Christian running back Malory Pinkney scored four touchdowns in the Sabres’ high-powered offensive attack.

A banged-up Ninety Six team was without two of its top players on both sides of the ball.

Running back Josh Booker and linebacker Ryan Latham weren’t available for the Wildcats as they dealt with injuries. The Wildcats also lost a starting offensive lineman and running back George Nicholson.
