Raheem Markevious Lukie, 26, of 108 Mimosa St., Greenwood was arrested Monday and charged with indecent exposure and a bench warrant.

On March 22, a woman told Greenwood police she went to the Walgreens on South Main Street and saw a Kia pull quickly into the parking lot nearby, according to a report. She went to the RedBox and saw the driver appeared to touch himself inappropriately while looking at her.

As she went to drive away, the man drove off as well, and she was able to give officers what she thought was his tag number, the report said. The number was not the appropriate tag, the report said, but officers eventually found the correct tag number and identified the vehicle’s owner.

Lukie was also charged with indecent exposure on May 30 after a woman reported seeing a man touching himself in a car at Walmart. That came after an October 2017 indecent exposure charge that also stemmed from complaints of Walmart shoppers seeing a man touching himself. Greenwood Police Department Public Information Officer Jonathan Link said Lukie pleaded guilty to the October 2017 charge. The other prior charge is still pending in court.
