Deputies are still actively searching for a woman reported missing on Wednesday, said Lt. Scott Russ with the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office.

Someone in Natasha Shree Brown’s family reported her disappearance on Wednesday, and first tried to report her missing in the Wagener area of Aiken County, Russ said. Officials said they would have to report her disappearance in Greenwood because she retrieved a car from this area — a white, 2016 Kia Rio with a South Carolina tag numbered VT95078.

Brown is believed to be driving the car, and Russ said she likely would have returned to the Wagener area. On Sunday, an anonymous tipster called saying they saw her in Wagener, Russ said, so the search has shifted focus back toward Aiken County.

Brown is 5 feet tall and about 200 pounds. She’s diabetic and does not have any medication with her, which Russ said increases the stakes of this search.

“All we ask is if they know anything about it, please give us a call,” he said. “If they’ve seen that vehicle — seen her — any information they have.”
