Second reading, ordinance authorizing, pursuant to Chapter 44 of Title 12 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, the execution and delivery of a fee in lieu of tax and special source revenue credits agreement between Project Café and Greenwood County; and other related matters and materials thereto.
