Gohean, whose address is 325 Rocky Slope Road, Suite 201, Greenville, SC 29607, as Guardian Ad Litem Nisi for all persons whomsoever herein collectively designated as Richard Roe, defendants herein whose names and addresses are unknown, including any thereof who may be minors, incapacitated, or under other legal disability, whether residents or non-residents of South Carolina; for all named Defendants, addresses unknown, who may be infants, incapacitated, or under a legal disability; for any unknown heirs-at-law of Daniel Williams, including their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons entitled to claim through them; and for all other unknown persons with any right, title, or interest in and to the real estate that is the subject of this foreclosure action, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Greenwood County on the 4th day of November, 2020. YOU WILL FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that unless the said Defendants, or someone in their behalf or in behalf of any of them, shall within thirty (30) days after service of notice of this order upon them by publication, exclusive of the day of such service, procure to be appointed for them, or any of them, a Guardian Ad Litem to represent them or any of them for the purposes of this action, the Plaintiff will apply for an order making the appointment of said Guardian Ad Litem Nisi absolute. AMENDED LIS PENDENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced by the Plaintiff above named against the Defendant(s) above named for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage given by Daniel Williams to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., dated June 2, 2017, recorded June 19, 2017, in the office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenwood County, in Book 3041 at Page 236; thereafter, said Mortgage was assigned to Quicken Loans Inc. by assignment instrument dated December 23, 2019 and recorded January 15, 2020 in Book 3067 at Page 1776. The description of the premises is as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenwood, State of South Carolina, known as Lot No. 22, Section A, Briarcliff Subdivision, and is shown upon a plat prepared for Elisabeth S. Charles and Carroll Scurry Charles on October 27, 1982, by John H. Welborn, R.L.S., recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Greenwood County in Plat Book 39 at Page 25. Said lot is bounded on the Northeast and East by Lot No. 21 for a distance of 104.04 feet more or less; on the Southeast by Azalea Drive for a distance of 80.00, more or less; on the Southwest by Anita Way for a distance of 104.25 feet, more or less; and on the on the Northwest by Lot No. 23 for a distance of 84.78 feet, more or less, and has such shape, metes, courses, and distances as will more fully appear by reference to the aforesaid plat. The being the same property conveyed to Daniel Williams and Milton Williams by Deed of Leland P. Vaughn dated May 22, 1987 and recorded May 22, 1987 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Greenwood County in Deed Book 323 at Page 573. Thereafter, Milton Williams conveyed his interest in the subject property to Daniel Williams by Deed dated May 4, 2000 and recorded May 11, 2000 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Greenwood County in Deed Book 621 at Page 59.
