Patrick Dana Klugh, 41, of 107 Juniper Lane, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at his home. Born in Abbeville, SC, on October 4, 1972, he was the son of Barbara J. Klugh Martin and Deacon James Martin, Jr. He was a 1990 graduate of Greenwood High School and served in the US Navy as an air traffic controller for 16 years. He was a member of St. John A.M.E Church and was formerly employed with SPF, North America Inc.
He leaves to cherish his memories one son, Patrick Desmond Klugh of the home; one daughter, Ananda Emil Klugh of the home; his parents of Greenwood; one brother, Nigel D. (Nicole) Martin of Elkton, MD; one sister, Lisa D. Klugh of Greenwood; grandfather, Deacon Bennie Mathis of Greenwood; his grandmother, Lois F. Martin of Ninety Six; two special nephews, James W. Klugh and Jonathan Durant; his former wife, Erica Harris Klugh of Ninety Six; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Youngs Chapel Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Oscar A. Klugh. The body will be placed in the church at noon. Burial will follow in Youngs Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family is at the home of the parents, 723 Keisler Drive.
