A Greenwood woman was arrested Thursday following reports of several items stolen from a home.
Kristen Anderson, 35, of 310 Pinehurst Drive, was charged with grand larceny and breach of trust, obtaining property under false tokens, in connection with the incident.
According to a Greenwood County incident report, the victim reported thefts Sunday to deputies that occurred between November 2013 and May 2014. The victim said her daughter and the suspect lived with her parents at a Forest Hills residence and the family began noticing items missing. She said she searched local pawn shops but was not able to find any transactions in her daughter’s name.
Deputies were able to track transactions on Monday in the suspect’s name at American Gold Traders. The transactions involved several items similar to those reported stolen and amounted to $6,088. Officers also recovered records of transactions in the name of the victim’s daughter amounting to $3,123.
