Greenwood County deputies responded to a shooting in the Country Homes subdivision early Tuesday morning.
According to a county incident report, several gunshots were fired into a house on Windmill Circle about 2:15 Tuesday a.m. Officers found indications at least two bullets were fired into the home's front-door area and recovered a bullet fragment lodged in the molding of a window frame.
Officers also found a bullet fragment lodged in the center console of an SUV parked outside the house. The report indicated that bullet went through the front driver's side door of the vehicle. Officers located six .380-caliber shell casings in the roadway outside the house as well.
