Many people have found them to be a convenient, quick venue at which to grab a hot dog, hamburger, taco or other tasty meal.
Now, Greenwood City Council is considering a measure that would amend the city’s zoning ordinance to add standards for mobile food trucks in general commercial and core commercial zoning districts.
City council will have second reading and public hearing on the food truck ordinance during next week’s meeting. The meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Municipal Building on Monument Avenue.
